      While the <ResultMajor> code is 'RequesterError' the value of <ResultMinor> should be 'urn:oasis:names:tc:dss:1.0:resultminor:RequiredHashAlgorithmNotProvided'

      When using the DocumentHash element to provide prehashed information to the server the client may not supply values for a required hash algorithm. Currently the core does not define as specific ResultMinor constant to state this condition clearly.
