ebRIM 8.2.1 Replace complex type definition with the one from the rim.xsd

      In the overview of section 8.2 the Base Type for ActionType is correctly listed as ExtensibleObjectType, but the XSD snippet doesn't reflect that -> needs to be the same as in rim.xsd.
