ebRS 2.2.2 Remove the section and just reference the one from ebRIM

      ebRS section 2.2.2 is a partial and incorrect repeat of the ebRIM section 7.6 –> should be removed and in the ebRS section 2.2.1.3 Element Query should reference ebRIM section 7.6.
