      "What is the behavior of a Sender that failed to receive a Receipt (even after message retries, if retries are used)?"

      Section 5.2.2.  has the sentence:

      "What is the behavior of a Sender that failed to receive a Receipt (even after message retries)?"

      This can be read as linking the generation of the error to retries being used.  But retries are configured separately and independently using the PMode[1].ReceptionAwareness.Retry parameters).  Generation of missing receipt errors are configured using PMode[1].ErrorHandling.Report.MissingReceiptNotifyProducer only.
