Pmode parameter for reliable messaging protocol missing

      In eb3 Core, appendix D, what Pmode parameter does one use to indicate which reliable messaging protocol to use? There is a parameter to specify the version of WS-Security to use, but its counterpart for selecting (versions of) WS-R or WS-RM seems to be missing.
