Mask Generation Function

      For XML encryption, there should be a way to set the mask generation function, the value for the Algorithm attribute of xenc:MGF in xenc:EncryptionMethod.
      A currently recommended value would be http://www.w3.org/2009/xmlenc11#mgf1sha256.
