      In ebMS3 part 2 section 6.4 it is described how AS2 Restart can be used for ebMS3 transport restarts. The reasoning was that AS2-restart is essentially an HTTP feature and therefore reusable for other HTTP-based protocols, such as ebMS3. However, some generalization is needed that is not specified. In particular AS2-From, AS2-To and AS2-Version are required in tools.ietf.org/html/draft-harding-as2-restart-07 but obviously not available in ebMS3.
