      When using WS-Security for signing and encryption a reference to the X509 token containing the public key must be included in the message. The WS-Security X.509 Token Profile (http://docs.oasis-open.org/wss-m/wss/v1.1.1/wss-x509TokenProfile-v1.1.1.pdf) defines three options for referencing this key.

      There is no P-Mode parameter defined for the type of reference that should be used.
