Response to Q1 from Pakistan Meterological Department

The word "Warning": may be attached to an event  that may trigger hazard either small or large. As such it would be appropriate to use it for thunderstorms of any degree. More emphasis may be made in case of severity using prefix (severe, extreme etc)
