          Numbering Change: Section 2.7.12 committed to etl-v1.0-cn01-wd02

          Minuted in SC Meeting Notes: Aug13-2021-meeting-notes

          Although not minuted or specified with its own issue, 2.7.11 was also changed to match numbering scheme.
