      Suggest a request is made to IEC WG16 for confirmation that the Working Group agrees that spec meets requirements for IEC for the following requirement outlined in the NIST Framework:
      "The DR standards work shall try to integrate the [standards] work in OpenADR, OpenSG, IEC TC57, and NAESB efforts with input of other stakeholders"

      This has been done. "Pre-harmonization" work has taken place. This is now part of the process for EMIX. Resolved, and applied.

      PAP03 Requirements for Price communication specifies use of IEC TC 57. The Market Operations Packages are being revised. I was advised that comments were requested from members of WG16, and none have been received.
