The conformance section in PR01 was preliminary and as observed inadequate.

Define the conformance rules required by WS-Calendar for referencing specifications, and complete EMIX-specific conformance rules per committee work-in-progress documents, all of which are available on the TC web page (select "document" on http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/emix )
