EMIX is an information model. The approach being taken in Energy Interoperation is to assign security classifications (from NERC CIFS) at the message level. See ENERGYINTEROP-287 and ENERGYINTEROP-288 for details. Add text describing a non-normative reference to Energy Interoperation to meet this critical user requirement.
