Move section 1.8 on ws-calendar to sections 2.2, 2.4, and Appendix

      Rather than have the existing textual content in 1.8, it would be useful to update that to describe the relationship of the 4 time-related spec references listed as normative and their relationship to EMIX and how they are used in EMIX (as is already in the textual part of this section 1.8) and integrate that information into sections 2.2 (Approach) and 2.4 (EMIX Time and Schedules), which already discuss WS-Calendar.

      Would like to see the tables Section 1.8 in wd17 (lines 129 through 165) moved to an appendix and the remaining text integrated into the main body of the spec. The WS-Calendar spec has already been listed as normative. We don't include this level of detail from other specs that are normative in the body of our spec.

      Do we need 4 calendaring specs as normative references to effect time management for energy transactions?

      Typo on line 133: 'specifies' s/b 'specified'.
