Correct the attributes (values) of all enums in EMIX to be UpperCamelCase with no embedded spaces.

Correct the attributes (values) of all enums in EMIX to be UpperCamelCase with no embedded spaces.

The naming convention for the attributes (values) of an enum need to be typographically consistent across EMIX and EI (at least).

      Most of these are UpperCamelCase.

For a case in point, TransactiveStateType has seven attributes, three of which have spaces in them (should have no spaces) and "Indication of Interest" is not in camel case even if the spaces are eliminated.
