      Need to clarify the term 'transactive', as distinguished from 'transactional'.
      Since we refer to and include concepts from TeMIX we need to keep difference clear.
      At times refer to TeMIX paper as 'Transactive ...' (eg. line 347).
      It is 'Transactional ...'.
