      Line 517 : TEMIX Products are block purchases unbounded by anything other than physical capacity. TEMIX Products are committed, that is, a commitment to buy or sell a MW tomorrow between 3 and 5 buys a MW whether or not it is used. TEMIX transactions may be balanced out, over or under, by spot market purchases (also TEMIX) as permitted by local market rules.
