      Description

A number of the references in section 1.3 and 1.4 are not used and should be deleted:
      RFC5545
      SOA-RA
      XLink
      Xpointer

Some should be referenced in the specification and are not:
UML (need to use in UML diagrams that need to be included)
IEC TC57 (at first use in introduction)
      TeMIX (see e.g. line 274ff, 327, 386, 580
      NAESB 03 (see e.g. line 1063ff)
Stoft - intended for reference at 140 (Market Semantics) for "commonly used terminology"
SOA-RM - has a footnote on line 209 which should instead be a normative reference

Some are missing and should be added and referenced:
IEC TC57 Common Information Model [IEC CIM] - ref to specifications 61968/61970
EnergyInterop - referenced on line 150, 181 and elsewhere, needs NON-normative reference – and clean up footnotes as references.

WS-Calendar White paper - add non-normative reference; cite on 265
