      Table numbers are correct in normative versions; tlhe diffmarked versions are unreliasble due to bugs in MS Word.

      Table numbering seems off/incorrect:

      • section 5 has tables 4-7, 4-8
      • section 7 has tables 5-9, 5-10
      • Section 9 has tables 7-11, 7-12, 7-13
        etc.

      I'm assuming the tables should have a primary number that matches the section.
