      Description

I didn't find the element targetRegulation (resource.xsd line 52) anywhere in the tables, only in the schema and examples.

      Table 11-1:

I found this table (or at least the sources of the elements) confusing.

Line 108 resource.xsd has ResourceDescriptionType, with elements mrid, emixInterface, constraints. it's an extension of ProductDescriptionType (in emix.xsd line 258) which adds no content of its own. These elements do not appear in table 11-1.

voltage, Hertz, AC/DC is from PowerAttributesType - but should be noted in the table lines.

Availability Period SHOULD come from a ConstraintsType source, but I can't locate it.

Product Type comes from targetRegulation of ProductTypeRegulationType, and should be mentioned in the notes.

General: the schema and type/extension relationships are complex enough that such notes will make it much easier for the reader.

      Table 11-2:

Unfortunate page break between the table and its caption.

What's the relationship between Active Reserve (resource.xsd line 43) and table 11-2?

      This is very confusing.

The items are listed on line 365 resource.xsd - as "miscelenous [sic] Semantic elementsvolt-var" but I don't see the other items there. This table seems to be really out of sync with the schema, including the old "Delivery Rate Units"

Missing included (I think) maximumReponse, dispatchTime, minimumResponse, rate, targetRegulatoin, and more.

max and min delvery rate comes from ResouceDescriptionType.

      Isnt this "ProductActiveReserveType?
