Note that there are other optional elements as Transport[Service]ProductType is an extension of PowerProductDescriptionType – so everything in that base is in here. Worth saying that in the text.

It was a bit confusing to have to go down a layer to find the named elements; should there be a general disclaimer that the elements may not all be top level in the particular schema and type?
