      Delete "Delivery" from the enumeration by deleting line 133 from emix.xsd.

      Delete the table entry for Delivery from Table 4-5 which starts on line 419 of the specification wd22. See EMIX-357 as updated April 10 for that table.

      This is a further issue on (2) of EMIX-352. Jira does not permit sub-tasks of sub-tasks so this is under the Schema Collector)

      "delivery" and "DeliveryType" were confusing because of the use of "Delvery" as a transactive state (see line 133 emix.xsd). On further study it seems that that "Delivery" doesn't belong in Transactive State.
