      324 Autonomous - What does this mean? If it means that there are some automated controls on a resource or device then this should only be in resource.xsd. Perhaps the original intention was a device that monitors and responds to frequency or voltage and phase angle. Or if it characterizes a smart device that self-dispatches in response to tenders should it be in the service definitions in EI.
