      The price model shall develop and support a summary of power reliability and quality characteristics that affect price and desirability (demand side).

      Validation:
      Summary of power quality is in Section 16. Note that the PQ summary structure is an optional attachment to an interval or gluon in an emix:product description that is a component of a qualityWarrant. There does not appear to be a constraint that ensures that a qualityWarrant has a qualtityMeasure component. Could use an example of how this can be described.
