      Eliminate all enroll service operations except EiCreateEnroll, EiCreatedEnroll, EiUpdateEnroll, EiUpdatedEnroll

      This woul reflect a request for enrollment (Create), an acceptance, rejecttion, or qualification of an enrollment (Created). An attempt to rectify a disqualification (Update) and the response to a success enrollment update request (Updated).
