      The TC should consider an appendix summarizing key things applied from (and learned by) the OpenADR team. At a high level, these include

      (1) The use of short-term opt-out (generalized)
      (2) The use of relative/multiple prices as an information compression and message reduction technique
      (3) The focus on the VEN/Participant and gains from automation

      This may belong in the Contributions section or as a separate appendix.
