      Change Table 6-5 as follows:

      Note for EiCreateTender: add "And sends the Tender"
      Note for EiRequestTender: add "Request outstanding Tenders from the Service Provider that have been sent to the ServiceConsumer"

      Delete line 3 (EiSendTender) completely
      Change EiWithdrawTender to EiCancelTender
      Change EiWithdrewTender to EiCanceledTenderr

      This brings the patterns in line with the rest of the specification.
