      Put a wrapper on the EIEventCreated payload to allow a seperate acknowledgement for each event that may have been sent with the EICreateEvent or EISentEvent payloads. Ed K will create a proposed change to the schema and submit it.

      The EICreateEvent operation allows multiple events to be created, but the EICreatedEvent repsonse only allows one event to be acknowledged. This is also a problem with the EIRequestEvent which may return multiple events.
