640 - Interactions - is it important or worthwhile to note that interactions are always in a context, and if so, should we say that the parties play different roles in a given context?

See Party B, and Party C are playing different roles in two different interactions. I look and say presumably, in two different contexts--say two different programs or tariffs. Not necessarily playing dual roles in a single context. Need email thread to discuss.
