31: What use is Transactive State in EiMarketContext? - it is a property of an interaction and not a market.
For transactive energy we only need
A The artifacts in the first table, with the exception of Resource
B 5.2.1 Registration
C 5.3 Some elements of Market Context ( possibly)
D 5.6 Responses and Error Reporting
And we need a way of designating what is and is not used by transactive energy so those who are implementing transactive energy can focus on what they need and not be burdened by artifacts that do not apply to transactive energy.
