      In section 9, event services, table 9-1 (page 96 of the PDF document) does not have all the details of the activity diagrams. For example, in figure 9-6 there are two "EiCreatedEvent" messages (the second of which is optional) that are not preceded by an "EiCreateEvent" message. This is unexpected as the table only describes the EICreatedEvent as a response to an EiCreateEvent message.

      Would it be clearer to rename the second "EiCreatedEvent()" message to something like "EiOptOutEvent()" to show the different purpose of this second message?
