There are 30 specific recommendations in the "Specific Recommendations" section of the submitted Hammerstrom paper. I have numbered them all for traceability as I recombine them into specific issues. The original white paper/submission can be read in the URI under "environment"

22. Section 7: As for the prior comment, use an informative name like “Party Registration” for this interaction. I would vote to entirely eliminate word “facet” from this document as it is not defined and useful within a standardization context. 

23. Section 7: The properties of a Party are not addressed, but the Party of an electricity market should specify location, I hope, if it is to support future location-specific transactions and outcomes.
