Fix schema references in the WSDL

      I was looking at the latest SIP schema/samples and I noticed the wsdl’s use a pattern of https://docs.oasis-open.org/legalxml-courtfiling/ns/v5.0WSDL/... For the namespace. 

      But the examples are importing the schema’s using a patter of https://docs.oasis-open.org/legalxml-courtfiling/ns/v5.0/WSDL/  For the namespace.

       

      Personally I prefer the pattern used by the samples.  In any case, either the service wsdl or the sample wsdl’s need to be corrected.
