      Documentation of EFM extensions on the Oasis standard tend to be poorly documented by the provider. EFSPs have to either ask questions or experiment with different scenarios to discover how the EFM expects a requested and response to be send and interpreted.

      Provide a non-normative template for documenting extensions.
