Liaison request for OpenC2 planned submissions to ITU-T SG17

OpenC2 TC asked to have a liaison statement shared with ITU-T SG17 for consideration as part of its 4 year plan to be approved at its March 2020 meeting.

Following consultation with Jamie, a liaison statement was prepared by Jamie and submitted to Martin Euchner <Martin.Euchner@itu.int>, Yang, Xiaoya <xiaoya.yang@itu.int> (the SG17 counselor), and several other colleagues.

Jamie also notified the TC, Joe B. and Duncan S. of the submission.
