Submit searchRetrieve v1.0 to ISO TC 46 and SC 4

This is to track progress. The submission was already made on May 12, 2014.

"Enclosed please find our submission by OASIS of searchRetrieve v1.0 for consideration by ISO TC 46 and its SC 4. (Two compressed "zip" files.) These are consistent with the draft materials previously sent, for discussion at your Washington, DC meeting."

"Dear Ray and Jamie,
thank you for your messages and sorry for the late response. Juha has been so busy that this important issue just got buried under other things.
To get ahead with this Fast Track process the first step would be that you request category A liaison status with ISO/TC46/SC4 on behalf of OASIS and in order to inform the SC4 members, give some background information of why liaison is needed. When we get your request, SC4 can start a 1 month committee internal ballot on the establishment of A-category liaison between the OASIS and ISO/TC 46/SC4.

When the liaison is established you can propose us new work items.
