      • In order to provide resilient global network control, an effective approach is to segregate the organization's data system control plane from the data delivery system. This enables system management processes to analyse control information from message content.
      • It is recommended that the organization's global network QoS levels for the system control plane have a higher priority than the normal data delivery channel.       In Appendix A, the Energy Provider Cybersecurity Program divides in three distinct sections where MQTT interlocks with compliance processes.

      The first section (Identify -> Information Sharing and Communications) mentions networking concepts that were not meant to be interpreted as direct references to the MQTT protocol but rather as global network control recommendations. Consequently readers may misunderstand the points being conveyed.
