      Remove the references to "this" version of the protocol and where necessary replace them with a non normative comment advising that inter operation with back level clients wont be possible if they rely on these properties.

      Description

      I do not understand the mantra "using this version of MQTT". For example:

      1711 A Server MUST send the Payload Format Indicator unaltered to all subscribers receiving the publication,
      1712 using this version of MQTT.

      1786 The Server MUST send the Reply Topic unaltered to all subscribers receiving the publication which use
      1787 this version of MQTT.

      [There are more cases]

      It's implicit that the behavior applies to "this version of MQTT" since the WD is about MQTT version 5 and not some other version.
