      The noun for "MUST delete the Session state" is unclear perhaps due to a misplaced comma:

      953 ... After a network disconnection and the Session Expiry interval has
      954 elapsed, without a new connection being made the Client and Server, MUST delete the Session state
      955 they hold.

      Was the intention - "After ... has elapsed without a new connection being made, the Client and Server MUST delete the Session state" ?
