The names in Appendix A are now collated by surname which is the normal name collation for European cultures. However, they were also changed to be in sir-name, given-name orger which is not the standard name format in these cultures.

We should change the names to givenname surame order.

Also, there are many names in the Appendix A of MQTT v3.1.1 which are not in Appendix A of MQTT v5.0. My understanding is that the list should include anybody on the MQTT TC either before or after the recharter since a significant amount of the text in MQTTv5.0 is taken from the MQTT v3.1.1 text.
