      For example - on the same page -

      Lines 2127-2129
      The sender MUST NOT use this property if it would increase the size of the PUBACK packet beyond the Maximum Packet Size specified by the receiver

      Lines 2135-2137
      The sender MUST NOT send this property if it would increase the size of the PUBACK [packet] beyond the Maximum Packet Size specified by the session partner

      And there are other variations for similar language. Is there any subtle difference intended?
