      Line 2365: add the following to this paragraph:

      It is a protocol error to send Subscription Identifiers, if the Server doesn’t support Subscription Identifiers and has used property 41 (0x29) “Subscription Identifiers Available” on the CONNACK packet. In this case the Server MAY send a DISCONNECT packet with Reason Code 0x82 (Protocol Error) as described in section 4.13 Handling errors and then close the Network Connection.

      This issue was originally reported in MQTT-417, which doesn't seem to be applied in WD14.
