The w3c link checker reports 7 external links in the document which have moved and are redirected. Most of these are changing the http to https. While this is not an error, it is generally best to use the actual URI.
Do not change the link when the redirect is based on the locale of the browser.
The w3c link checker also reports several broken internal links. In all cases these appear to be blank lines which still contain a link without a visible anchor. Clean these up as well.
