Typo in Server Session State section (Raised by Roger Light)

In the MQTT 5.0 specification, section 4.1 "Session state" it appears
there is a small mistake.

The item below found in the list "The Session State in the Server
consists of:" looks as though it should be two items instead of one.

Existing item:

• QoS 2 messages which have been received from the Client, but have
  not been completely acknowledged.The Will Message and the Will Delay
  Interval

Should be:

• QoS 2 messages which have been received from the Client, but have
  not been completely acknowledged.
• The Will Message and the Will Delay Interval
