      Update to include ref to 5246. Put this in the SHOULD section instead of 2246/4346. Add note saying impl MAY honor the old ones.

      It is incorrect to recommend (SHOULD) use of superseded standards. An implementation MAY honor a protocol that was defined by a superseded standard but superseded standards don't have the same standing as current standards.
