      "6.3 URI Normalization reads in part:


              • Vendors are free to use any URI scheme, although the recommendation is to use URIs since they have well defined normalization semantics.

      Err, I don't think that makes any sense. ""free to use any URI schema, ....recommendation is to use URIs...""? Says the same thing. Yes?

      BTW, do not repeat the normalization rules of RFC3986. Violates the DRY - Don't Repeat Yourself rule. They have been defined and it is best to send readers to the actual reference."
