Change references lists in Section 1.2 and 1.3 to include square brackets making the referential nature more clear, e.g. line 16 starts "[PNG]".

The references to e.g. RFC3986 are inconsistent with others--the leading square bracket is not Bold as most other references are.

See for example Line 248 [RFC3986] versus line 267 [OBIX REST].

Also e.g. line 86 where CamelCase is bold but not in brackets.

See also e.g. line 930-931 where OBIX REST and OBIX SOAP are neither in bold nor brackets.
