      I cannot locate a definition for "OBIX:Nil" in obix-v1.1-wd43.xsd. The type of the referenced global attributes is "contractList", so this should be a contractList containing only the contract reference "Nil".

      The value therefore would be the string "Nil", not a namespaced string obix:Nil.

      UPDATE: the references are to the stdlib.obix file, which is referenced but not included in WD43.
