      Description

"In conformance clause : 17.1.4 does focus on a very specific aspect of Contracts: flattening. But it seems to leave out all the remaining normative content of Section 7, which is nowhere referenced - directly or indirectly - by the conformance clause for Server.
Interestingly the conformance clause for Client is more comprehensive about Contracts:
""An implementation MUST be able to consume and use OBIX Contracts defined by OBIX Server implementations with which it interacts.""
But still should make an explicit reference to section 7 like:
""An implementation MUST be able to consume and use OBIX Contracts defined by OBIX Server implementations with which it interacts, according to the Contract design and semantics as defined in Section 7.""
Similarly, conformance clause for Server should say something like:
""A Server implementation MUST define/publish its OBIX Contracts according to the Contract design and semantics specified in Section 7.""
      "
