      Description

      "In conformance clause , 17.1.3:

""An implementation MUST return values according to the rules defined in Section 4. For example, an implementation MUST encode bool Objects' val attribute using the literals ""true"" and ""false"" only.""

      • the ""the rules defined in Section 4. "" are a rather vague reference - and Section 4 does not really state ""rules"". Is it more like ""the type representations defined in 4.2""?
      • A more precise statement above should render examples unnecessary in the conformance clause, especially when just illustrating fulfillment of requirements from the main body of the specification.(meaning such examples could have been given in body of specification instead of in conformance clause)."
